Pau Li Liem
Pau Li Liem is a singer, composer and pianist from Tilburg. She loves to create as a composer, in rehearsals, and on stage, creating moments together with musicians and the audience.
She has three projects: the band Nyala, the fairytale-based band Paper Window, and the modern creative project under her own name with Harmen Fraanje (piano), Pascal Vermeer (drums), Teis Semey (electric guitar) and Marijn van de Ven (double bass) with who she recorded her debut album ‘No One Knows‘. This album was nominated for an Edison Jazz in the category ‘Newcomer’ in 2024.
Whenever she plays it’s all about connecting through music with others. She looks forward to creating many more moments together on and off stage.
- I want to meet programmers from festivals and venues for my project surrounding ‘No One Knows’ and to expand my network by meeting other musicians and colleagues 🙂
